The welcome from the staff was lovely, and the setting is beautiful. I had the best hotel breakfast I've ever eaten. The room was very clean, though the bathroom could do with an update. I'd definitely come back.

We regret choosing this place. The rooms were freezing, the water never got hot, and breakfast was awful, with hairy fur in it. It’s also not especially close to the center, and the experience doesn’t justify the price.

We’ll miss Mr. Özcan and all the enjoyable conversations we had with him. Thank you to Ms. Deniz and her team for being so hospitable. This is a superb boutique hotel, and I recommend it to anyone planning a holiday in Alaçatı.

Our room still wasn’t ready at 2 PM, and we ended up waiting an hour. I had to ask five times before they got it prepared. Without that, it seemed we’d have been left waiting until 5 or 6 PM. The wardrobes were dusty and dirty inside, and the service was terribly slow. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The poolside was a really enjoyable place to spend time, and the breakfast was so delicious it’s worth going just for that. It’s a wonderful boutique hotel with excellent service. I’d recommend it to everyone.
