The beach and large pool are lovely, but the complex felt abandoned and the service was awful. There seemed to be hardly any staff, and the people there were bitter, unhelpful, and unwilling to respond to requests. We had to call reception four times before anyone brought towels. Housekeeping wouldn’t clean our room, saying the vacuum was one floor down. The food was the same every day, and they couldn’t make cocktails because they said they only had three drinks and didn’t know how. We complained to the manager, but nothing changed. This place isn’t worth the price, especially as an all-inclusive hotel. Avoid it.

The beach was peaceful and lovely, and the food and buffet selection were great. At the main restaurant, Rumeysa welcomed us so warmly. The staff are what made this five-night stay special: Eren at reception went out of his way to help us feel comfortable, always with a smile. I don’t drink much, but I still ended every night at the lobby bar because Aysel, Melek, Samet, and Beytullah were so kind and upbeat. Samet also took care of us at the beach bar, and his cocktails were amazing. My one suggestion is that the night manager, Mr Ömer, work on his attitude. He seemed moody and unhappy to be there, and didn’t come across as professional for someone in his position and of his age. The 21- and 22-year-old staff did a much better job of hosting us.

I was unsure about booking since I couldn’t find earlier reviews, but I’m leaving very happy. The staff greeted us with big smiles, and both the rooms and meals were very good. The sea here is much nicer than at other beaches in Alaçatı. Thanks, Dolce, I’m hoping to return mid-season 🙂

This was the worst all-inclusive stay I’ve had. There was no airport transfer, and a taxi from the airport would cost around $100. At the desk, staff didn’t know any English. Nobody explained the schedule; we were just handed an A4 sheet in Turkish showing where the bars were, with no English version available. The food was mediocre, and staff couldn’t understand us. Our room was in rough shape, and the bathroom smelled of sewage. The beach had seafood and sea urchins all over it. There were no spa, Hamam, indoor pool, car or bike rental, laundry, or gym services. For entertainment, there were animators, but no kids’ program; the only thing available for children was a poor plane-crashing-into-a-bush attraction. Room service left the balcony uncleaned and took two towels without replacing them. The bar alcohol was mediocre, and half the menu was out of stock. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
