The location is excellent, and the room was very clean. The people were also really nice and helpful. Still, the basic double room was so small that it would only work for us for 2-3 nights, not a longer stay. I couldn’t find the room size on any website when I booked, and I wish they would list it so guests don’t have the hassle of canceling.
I’m happy with the stay so far. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the location is good, and the rooms are nice, though a bit small. For the price, that’s fine. After my first night, I chose to stay 5 more days.
Good value for money, with a good breakfast and very nice staff. The hotel has been newly renovated and is close to the famous mosques, churches, and restaurants. It felt safe and sound in every respect.
The staff don’t seem to understand their responsibilities, and the manager is indifferent. It feels like a business focused purely on making money. The boss really needs to review their performance.
The location and breakfast were good, and the service was ordinary. I’m referring to room 101, and can’t say if other rooms are the same. This room was dirty, with hair scattered around, and there was an issue with the bathroom drains that left the floor wet all the time.
