The wooden igloo had a great design and a comfortable bed, with air conditioning too. Breakfast came to the room, though it was simple and I expected more choice. The internet was a little slow. It was a very good stay overall, apart from the landline ringing at 6am and then being hung up right away.

We were there for three days in an igloo, and breakfast was quite generous. The resort is very close, which is excellent, and I'd stay again if I return to Ergan. The bathroom needs attention, though: the toilet was loose, the flush didn't work, and I spotted a few small ants. Please fix those bathrooms!

The rooms were very warm, thanks to central heating and air conditioning, and the cleanliness was excellent. We especially appreciated the care and attention, which felt true to the hospitality of the people of the East. Many thanks to Mr. Alper. The hotel has two-person igloos and four-person bungalows, about 50-60 meters from the gondola at Ergan ski resort. Breakfast was like something you'd get at a special restaurant, and dinner was delicious and reasonably priced. A good choice for a quiet, peaceful ski holiday.

The bungalows have a very authentic feel, and the interior ambiance made a strong impression on us. The place is a short walk from the gondola up to the ski center, and the staff were helpful and very respectful. Breakfast at the restaurant next door had a very adequate selection. We stayed for a two-day ski holiday. Many thanks to Mr. Alper and the whole team for their support. I definitely recommend it.
