Turist Hotel

The rooms might be small, but they were really clean and tidy. The front office staff were very nice and helpful, and the receptionists were so smiley. Thanks for the coffee! :)

I was here as part of a holiday tour package. Our guide said the area was a little seedy. I went just down the road for dinner, and it was okay. The hotel was okay too, but the buffet breakfast wasn't good and didn't offer much choice.

I liked the room, and the location was great. In the morning, we enjoyed seeing a balloon flying close to the hotel. The employees were young, but they don't speak English.

My wife and I travel internationally, and this was by far our worst hotel experience. There was no room service, no hand towels, no washcloths, and no cups for drinking tap water. We ended up scooping water into our hands because the minibar they claimed was an amenity was empty. There was no multilingual staff to hear our complaints. The so-called worldwide breakfast buffet was a mess: cold, old potatoes, dried-out pound cake, fruit that looked plastic, old cracked hard-boiled eggs, juice that I'm quite sure had once been carbonated, and an empty water cooler. We tried several times to speak with a manager, but they just stared at us blankly and dismissed us. This Turist Hotel should be shut down immediately to preserve all humanity.
