The hotel was clean and modern, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help. When we pointed out that our wardrobe door and a table leg were broken and tiles were coming off the wall, they fixed everything quickly. That was impressive. The resort itself is beautiful, and the staff work hard. The food had plenty of choice. I liked the salads best, while dinner and breakfast were hit and miss depending on your taste. The shop was expensive, £9 for baby bum cream, though I expected resort shop prices. The private beach was okay but a little dirty. Its staff were very unwelcoming: they told us to move off the decking and said we couldn't eat there. It seemed like families with kids were all sent to sit over on the beach. I wouldn't go back to the beach. There isn't much for children apart from the pool and playpark. The playpark was okay, but a loose rubber tile covered a manhole right next to the swings, which seemed dangerous. I took a photo and showed the staff, and later they covered it with large stones. The children's club room looked a bit desolate, but the woman who runs it is really nice. She also does the evening 'disco', which the kids loved, though it starts at 9pm and lasts about 20 minutes. There's no baby changing facility. In my opinion, the balcony wasn't safe for children: there was a gap where the rails met that looked big enough for a toddler to get through, so I kept the little ones off it. I'd probably come back as a single person without children.

Atakan Borat, Irem, and all the employees were great with people of every age. By the end of the holiday they felt like good friends. My partner and I were included in everything, and we have no complaints. 10/10.

The entertainment team was top notch and worked hard while always smiling. Isa, the team's manager, did such a good job leading them and putting together a great group. The kids and the rest of our family loved the hotel, and there was plenty to do every day, so they were never bored. We had fun joining the darts, Zumba, yoga, pool games and other activities. Atakan was kind and funny, always doing his best to make us laugh and enjoy the holiday. Borat made us laugh too, and we loved his socks and personality. Firat was amazing and funny, Irem was great, and Huru was good. We'll definitely come back.

Reception bellboy Mustafa Gizey made a real difference to my stay. He welcomed me with a warm smile and was helpful from the moment I arrived. So courteous, attentive, and efficient, he made me feel at home.

Martin from Jet2holidays helped us whenever something went wrong, even in the evening, and sorted out a room change. I'm on holiday with Jet2holidays again and will keep choosing them as a travel agency. Their service, help and support have made me happy, and I'd recommend them to friends looking for a holiday. The hotel itself has been one of my worst stays in Turkey so far. There was no power at all on the first night, then no water on the second and third nights. The new room is a 15 minute walk from the restaurant, compared with just 2 minutes from the old one. The food is good and the staff are friendly, but reception didn't seem very willing to help with the electricity and water problems. I chose this hotel based on all the good reviews, and while staying here I couldn't understand where they came from. Maybe things will improve when the season is in full swing, but right now it seems to me they're not ready to accommodate so many guests. Next time I choose a hotel, I'll use different guidelines.
