The staff were kind and helpful, and our room was very clean. It made for a good holiday. I'd definitely recommend it.

I'm on day four and extremely satisfied. Safir House is the cleanest and most attentive hotel I've stayed at, and the price is very reasonable. I found it through Hotels.com. The reception staff are humble and helpful, checking whether we need anything whenever we check in or out. The rooms are spotless, and they've added a beautiful, stylish table. The new look is superb since management changed, so don't pay attention to the old reviews. I've stayed at many hotels around Bursa, and this is my number one for price and care.

We changed rooms three times and every one was filthy. There was constant knocking at the door, so we never got any rest and were miserable. This place is beyond disgusting, a total mess. It doesn't deserve even one star. Don't go, you'll regret it.

The windows were broken, and the room had none of the basics: no soap, tissues, shampoo, cupboards, or coat racks. They charged an outrageous amount to get our friend into the room, which no establishment should do. It was filthy and careless, with terrible staff, and the quality was the lowest I've seen. I would never recommend it to anyone traveling to a beautiful city like Bursa.
