I booked 11 rooms for visitors coming from another city for our wedding, and before making the reservation I asked whether the air conditioners worked properly. The hotel staff said everything was fine. But when my guests arrived at night, the air conditioners weren’t working, and staff couldn’t fix them. There was another power outage on the second night, so they were without working air conditioning again. It was an awful, embarrassing experience for me and a miserable stay for them. In the heat of August, at 35 Celsius, I’ll never stay here again.

Right in the heart of Antakya, the hotel is an easy walk from award-winning restaurants serving local food. The rooms are clean and modern, with elegant design, comfortable beds, and strong WiFi. Everything feels brand new. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful, with excellent customer service. A perfect place to stay.

The room was great, and the hotel staff were kind, even though their English wasn’t very strong.
