Being right in the middle of Alaçatı made it easy to walk to the shops, restaurants, and lovely streets, but the hotel still felt calm. We spent a full week at Edra House Hotel and had a great time. The room was spotless and thoughtfully designed, and the bed and pillows made for really good sleep. The staff were warm and quick to help. Elif deserves a special mention for handling everything so smoothly and doing her best to make our requests happen. I'd happily recommend it.

The rooms were roomy, clean, and comfortable, and we could get around easily from this location. We stayed here with a group of friends and were really happy with the hotel. One of our friends got sick, and the staff jumped in right away. They were kind and caring, and even helped us get transportation to the hospital. We really appreciated that. We'd definitely recommend the place.

The only thing I'd change is breakfast, which felt a bit lacking and could be improved. We stayed for two days and otherwise really liked the hotel and its staff. Since it's in the Alaçatı market area, everything was close by. In the İzmir heat, it was especially nice that our room had been cooled down before we arrived.

At 8 AM, a woman I didn't know opened my room and walked in. She'd been given a card that could unlock every room. That's completely unacceptable, and there's no excuse for it. Friends of ours also had to switch rooms because their doors weren't locked. A hotel has a basic duty to keep its guests safe, and this place has completely failed at that. It shouldn't be operating if it can't protect people.
