The owner is super kind, and the apartments are great and really cheap compared with other places in cesme. The location is very good, too.

Beautiful people, beautiful place.

The room was cold because the air conditioner wasn’t heating properly. When I told the staff, they said that was all it could do and nothing could be done. The TV didn’t work either, and we were told none of the TVs in the rooms worked. There was no hot shower water at first. They said the pipes were connected in reverse, so we had to turn on the cold side and wait for hot water. The bathrooms had no soap or toilet paper. There seemed to be just one staff member, and you had to search room by room to find him. With no staff around and the doors left open, the security situation felt concerning. We went on March 3rd, 2026, after trusting the high ratings. For 100-200 more, I’d suggest staying somewhere that meets basic standards. Sleeping in the car would have been more comfortable. If you want to feel humiliated or have trouble over what you paid, go and see what I mean.

It was freezing, and there weren’t enough blankets. The owner brought us a duvet and a couple of quilts, but they smelled awful, like peanuts in sauce. The rooms and sheets were disgustingly filthy. How this place ended up with a 4.2 rating from 150 reviews is beyond us.
