Enki Suess Alaçatı

We stayed at the hotel with our children from 16 to 19 April. It's in a green area and very well located, and the family rooms are quite large. The service was lovely, with staff constantly smiling.

I spent one night here last October, and even though it was off season, they were wonderfully hospitable and well prepared, unlike other hotels in Cesme. The peaceful setting is about a 10-minute drive from Alacati town center. Our room was clean and nice, and the price per night with breakfast was reasonable. Staff were really helpful and even arranged breakfast earlier than usual because of our early flight. I'd definitely stay here again.

We were charged 1700tl per night, the most expensive room price we paid during our two-week tour of Turkey, and by far the worst hotel. The luxurious photos online don't match what you actually get. There was a bad sewer smell, rusty kitchen and toilet fixtures, very poor construction, and worn, dirty furniture. The terrace furniture was covered in spider webs and clearly hadn't been cleaned in months. This apartment isn't ready for visitors, yet it's rented at a very high price. We were really disappointed. Avoid it.

The lobby smelled of cigarettes, the garbage bin outside was overflowing, and the front desk person seemed unenthusiastic, though I don't blame him. In the room, the sliding entrance door had a lock that didn't work, the light switch was hidden behind the curtain at the far end, and the night light switch was impossible to reach behind the bed's headboard. The room was too small for the beds, and getting to the second bed was extremely difficult. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Stay away.
