The team is what really lifts this place from very good to excellent. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate us. Their warmth made it feel like staying in someone’s home. The hotel and Cafe are gorgeous. Thanks, Mr. Ozan and Mr. Sarhat! There’s a great vibe throughout, with wonderful coffee, a super breakfast, and a perfect location for walking around Alacati in the evening. It’s lively in summer and the off-season, and feels romantic and picturesque. A good boutique hotel with great service.

The room itself was absolutely beautiful, but the bathroom had a serious sanitation problem and smelled like something had gone badly wrong. We had to keep the door shut to contain the stench. Nobody cleaned the room during our stay either. Breakfast was disappointing, with low quality products. When we asked for traditional Turkish style eggs, they made omelettes instead. We also asked the hotel for a pirate taxi, and the driver charged us three times the normal fare for a real taxi. A Turkish native was in our group, so keep that in mind.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and everything felt clean and fresh. Service and hospitality were spot on. It’s central enough for exploring alacati easily, yet on a quiet street where you can sleep well.

Really good for the price. It’s right in the center but away from the noise, and the Turkish breakfast and coffee at the fancy nearby coffeeshop were AMAZING. Great people too.
