We came down for breakfast, went out, or sat by the pool, and each time the GERENCE ALAÇATI family checked whether we needed anything or were happy with our stay. Mr. Berk, his brother, mother, and sister-in-law were all warm and attentive. It really felt like the warmth of Alaçatı with a family's welcome. We'd chosen to get away from Istanbul's hectic pace and stress, and this cozy family hotel was just right. We left rested and happy, and enjoyed our stay enough to know we'll visit again and recommend it to friends. It wouldn't be fair to rule the hotel out based on past reviews.

I've stayed at many hotels in Alaçatı, but Gerence Hotel feels like home. The location is fantastic, and parking the car is easy. The rooms are spotless, and I especially love the balcony. The new owners, a lovely mother and son, were so friendly and made everything perfect.

The rooms are spacious and have a lovely view, and the cleanliness sets this hotel apart from others. It's centrally located, close to everything, and for the price I think it's one of the best choices I've made. Mr. Berk, the owner, was very attentive and helpful. I'd recommend it to anyone planning to come here 🙏🏽

Ms. Yasemin and Mr. Berk made us feel at home instead of like hotel guests. They were attentive owners, and we were warmly welcomed. The rooms were clean, and the bonfire, their conversations, and their care were all wonderful. The "Kuzum Kulakı" cocktail they made was amazing. Thanks so much, this is our place to return to now.
