Such a lovely, peaceful hotel. Everyone was kind and helpful, and the breakfast was to die for!

The location is good, the staff are welcoming and helpful, and breakfast was quite nice. It could be worth coming just for the breakfast, but the room itself was a different story. The air conditioning seemed to run but barely helped, the towels made showering unpleasant, and the bedding wasn't a proper duvet cover set. The rooms were filthy, and I won't consider staying here again. I updated this after the owner replied. We stayed two days, and on the second day found serious red and yellow stains on all the towels after showering. That's unacceptable. Guests expect clean rooms and towels at check-in, and it's absurd to have to complain just to get clean towels. Please check them before rolling them up for the room, and provide a full duvet cover set with sheet, pillowcase, duvet cover, and the rest.

We came away disappointed with Tash Mekan Alaçatı. The breakfast looked nothing like the photos and was stale and carelessly put together every morning, even though we expected fresh products. Nothing promised over the phone matched what we got, whether that was breakfast, room cleaning, or service. We stayed four days without any room cleaning, and our needs weren't met. They said there'd be one bottle of water per person, but the three of us only drank one bottle total. We were charged 400 TL for the other bottles we bought. A disappointing holiday.

Breakfast was awful, everything served was stale, and even the fries we ordered arrived raw. The windows rattled, and there were no security measures at all. We booked a triple room, but the three of us could barely fit, and it wasn't cleaned once during our four days there. I couldn't get hold of hotel management. We arrived expecting a good hotel and got a disaster, one of the worst places I've stayed.
