Our economical room was good value and tucked at the back, away from the music by the pool, which carries on quite late. The design and concept are distinctive for central Alaçatı, and most rooms look onto the pool. The pool itself was cold but big enough for a swim. The rooms, gardens, and hotel were clean and well kept, and the staff were good. Shower pressure was strong once we pressed the button on the wall. The drinks were disappointing for the price, and the pool bar didn't have most of the cocktails we wanted. The gin was a very small pour, and the mojito came without crushed ice. Still, we'd stay here again.

My room had been paid for, booked, and confirmed over the phone, but they gave it to somebody else. If you want your holiday spoiled, this is the place. They showed no embarrassment or professionalism at all.

The hotel is in a great spot, just a four-minute walk from anywhere in the market, and it's wonderfully peaceful. Our garden-floor room was clean and perfectly adequate, despite the reviews that had made us nervous. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast turned out to be tasty and plenty for us, though we'd worried about that too. We'd choose the hotel again, and I recommend it :)

Ms. Miray deserves a big thank you. She took care of everything for us with a kind smile. The location is very good and the interior is lovely, but the service and attention overall were seriously lacking. Breakfast was awful. It took an hour to arrive, and even then it was incomplete, mostly just cheese, jams, and eggs. Support staff cut bread right in front of guests, and there was hardly anyone working in the kitchen. We picked this hotel because it was meant for guests aged 16 and up, yet there were lots of children. On some mornings, crying kids woke us at 7. I don't think I'd return, and I hope management fixes these problems soon.
