The staff made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived, and they were really friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable, clean, and had what I needed to relax. It’s in a great spot, near the city center, attractions, and transport, but the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast had lots of choices and tasted great. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I’d gladly come back on another trip.

We’d read some negative reviews before coming, but they didn’t match our experience at all. The place was clean, well located, and the service was friendly. Since this was our first visit to Alaçatı, coming from Edirne, we feel lucky to have found such a lovely place. The room had such a clean, peaceful feel as soon as we walked in that we wished we’d booked a longer stay. The reception team and the rest of the staff were attentive and made us feel at home.

We came after trusting reviews on Google and ETS, and left feeling those reviews didn’t reflect what we found. We checked in around midnight. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned, there was hair on the bathroom counter and sofa, and the bed was covered in it. There was hair all around the room. It felt like more than a simple cleaning slip, just neglect or deliberate filth. The room looked nothing like the pictures, with different colors and a different feel. At that hour we couldn’t find another hotel, so we had to stay. They put us in a lower-rated room than the one we’d booked, but it was no better. There was more hair in the bathroom, the bathroom handle was broken, and the air conditioner took ages to start. The air coming from it felt dusty, and the filters looked so unclean that we had to switch it off. The hotel isn’t new and neither is its furniture. Everything was old, worn, and neglected, including the very old sheets. The shower drain didn’t work and water flooded the bathroom. At 10 a.m. we woke to construction noise. The garden was tiny and unkempt, and the hotel is far from Alaçatı center. I’ve stayed in nearly every part of Turkey for work, and this was the worst, most unhygienic and neglected hotel I’ve ever experienced. It didn’t meet basic accommodation standards. There seemed to be no investment or consideration for guests, and hygiene was practically nonexistent. We would have left sooner if ETS service hours had allowed it, and we went out to spend as little time at the hotel as possible. Even though we stayed in the lower-priced room, management told ETS we’d stayed in the first room, which stopped us getting a refund. At least breakfast wasn’t included. There was no guarantee that wouldn’t have had hair and lint in it too. I’m writing this because we came based on the reviews and learned for ourselves that they had nothing to do with reality. Please don’t make the same mistake. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

The warm atmosphere helped us really relax, and everything seemed carefully thought through. Our room was clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We were very pleased with our stay and wholeheartedly recommend it ✨🙋‍♀️
