Koz Marigold Apart Hotel

The staff were genuinely friendly, kind, and helpful, and the location is excellent, just a few minutes on foot from the city center. Street parking is available for this aparthotel, depending on availability. The rooms are small, and the beds were uncomfortable. The floor, toilet, and shower looked unclean, with heavy wear that urgently needs renovation. There was a strong smell from the drainage pipes, and we could hear almost everything from neighboring rooms. The positive cleanliness reviews are absolutely inaccurate.

The location made our visit even better, and Rahmi, Utku, and Omer were all kind and attentive. Rahmi was especially helpful and hospitable, Utku was friendly, and Omer went above and beyond to look after us. I had a wonderful stay overall. I'm giving four stars because the property needs some renovation and updating. A bit of a refresh would make it a five-star experience.

Breakfast was amazing, and I'd rather have a real Turkish breakfast at the hotel than eat out. The location worked well, not far from the Otogar, restaurants, markets, and other places. The front desk owner helped us arrange a taxi and suggested some beautiful beaches. They also let us leave our luggage in the storeroom so we could enjoy our last day. The staff were kind and respectful. We'll definitely come back!

The staff were amazing, and they let us postpone check-in by a day at the last minute. Breakfast was included and really good, while the pool was handy in the hot weather. A nice place in a great location. Definitely recommend :)))
