Hay Hotel - Adult Only

I had a great stay, and everyone was attentive, kind, and professional. Special thanks to Sehsuvar CAGLAR, who went out of their way to help me get back something I’d lost. That was really thoughtful. I highly recommend the hotel.

The location was great, and the service was excellent. I had a short, comfortable stay at HAY Hotel Alsancak after a smooth check-in. The staff were friendly and supportive, and kindly offered an early check-in and a room upgrade. Highly recommend!

For a three-star hotel, this was very good. The staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful. My single room was a bit small, as expected, and matched the listing, but it was modern, clean, and everything was in good condition. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked powerfully and well. The bathroom was clean and well fitted, with a large rainfall shower. Breakfast was included in my rate, and the buffet had a few hot options.

The hotel is right on the central pedestrian street, about 100 meters from the sea and cycling path, and there are at least three car parks within walking distance. There’s no hotel parking, though. We had a clean, cozy room with a nice bathroom, and the staff were polite and helpful. They even gave us sheltered parking for our bicycles. Breakfast included plenty of local dishes, and everything we tried tasted great. It was a little expensive, but a good stay overall.
