We spent 5 nights at this butik hotel and had a really pleasant stay. The occupants were welcoming and friendly, and our room was comfortable and clean.

The pool was pleasant and clean, though on the small side. The hotel is close to the center of Alaçatı, but our room could have been cleaner, especially the dirty floors. We were also charged 100 TL altogether for one cup of tea, despite being hotel guests.

We found parking easy, with summer villas and boutique hotels all around, and it was about a 10-minute walk to the town center. The room was cozy and comfortable for the price, with a charming little balcony overlooking a garden. Mr. Murat, the owner, was very friendly and good at finding solutions. The staff weren't Turkish and seemed unhappy about not understanding much, though they did their jobs, which was a plus 😅. Check-in and check-out times could be adjusted to suit the way people tend to wake around noon and head out to entertainment venues at night. With checkout at 12 noon, it's hard to get there on time.

The breakfast was very good, the architecture is successful, and the pool was clean. It's also excellent value for money, especially compared with another place on the same street that costs twice as much. Thanks to the owner, Mr. Murat. The place was quiet, clean, and easy to reach, and the staff were genuinely welcoming. A few items have corroded with time and weather, but that small detail didn't matter much to me.
