Super quiet and relaxing, with clean rooms, an awesome breakfast, and a poolside bar. The staff were extremely friendly and ready to help anytime. An amazing place for a Turkey vacation, especially recommended for couples who enjoy peace and quiet.

The hotel’s location and interior design are very nice. We stayed from December 1st to 6th, outside the season, and the hotel seemed uninterested in us. They didn’t even clean the room, and nobody told us cleaning wouldn’t be done. Maybe things are different in season, but I think it’s reasonable to expect a clean place when you’re staying for five days.

We paid extra for a room with a jacuzzi, but there was no hot water, so it was useless. We asked for help and nobody came. In the morning the manager insisted there was hot water, then checked and found there wasn't. It felt like outright theft to charge us for something we couldn't use. The jacuzzi motor also made a loud, faulty noise every few seconds. Our second room had no bottled water or mini-bar, and there was no shower gel in the shower. Terrible service.

We stayed from October 5th to 8th and loved it. The bed and pillows were great, everything was clean, and the whole place had a lovely feel. Sinan Bey took excellent care of us, too. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Alaçatı now.
