Berat and Merve were such kind, welcoming hosts. I’ve stayed at other hotels in Alacati, but Venezia was easily the nicest and cleanest, and the best value in the area. It’s a fantastic hotel, and you won’t be disappointed.

We spent seven nights at Venezia Hotel in Alaçatı. The staff were respectful and always ready to help, which we appreciated. The stay was pleasant, but I think the breakfast could be better and closer to what the pictures show. It also gives a poor impression when staff work in pyjamas, and the music during the day was quite loud. A lower volume would have been nicer.

The spacious rooms were comfortable, and the stylish decor gave the place a modern feel. Staff were respectful and helpful, with excellent service. It reminded me of Turkish hospitality. 🙏

I accidentally left an important item behind while finishing my vacation far from the hotel. The staff found it quickly and arranged to send it back to me by cargo mail, so I didn’t lose something valuable. Their thoughtful, prompt help made a real difference. Venezia Hotel also has comfortable accommodations, and I highly recommend it for the care they give their guests.

We had a great time here. The location is nice, the service is amazing, and the breakfast was the tastiest we had in the area.
