Lana, the hostess, took such good care of us and was kind and caring throughout our stay. The hotel was clean and well maintained. It's a cozy, convenient place in Alacati, with a five-minute walk to the town center (Carsi) and an 8-10 minute drive to the other main spots. Definitely recommended.

The owner's communication was difficult, and they didn't know English or Turkish well. The hotel owner was very rude: when we used the washing machine, she came into our room shouting at us, and her indecorous behavior forced us to leave. The towels were dirty, and the shared toilet and bathroom were very dirty too. Internet was slow and weak.

Only 100 meters from the fun, right on Alaçatı square. Every room has its own design, and they're so pretty and clean that I kept noticing all the details instead of sleeping. I had a great stay and highly recommend it.

The team were welcoming, nice, and friendly. Rooms were clean and tidy, with AC. It's on one of Alaçatı's best streets, just a few minutes' walk from the Saturday Market, cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops.

We stayed with my mom, and we'll definitely come back. Everything was clean, and the design was incredibly cool. The staff were polite, and the hostess was such a nice, friendly person. I recommend it to everyone 😁
