It has a peaceful feel and a nice atmosphere. The rooms are clean, and the employees are kind.

We made some lovely memories here, and the staff were friendly. The only downside was noise from the nightclub behind the hotel. If that bothers you, maybe Alaçatı isn’t for you. Regards :)

We were really happy with this choice for our girls’ trip. The rooms were spotless, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. At night, music from Porteno inside the hotel carried into our rooms. We got back late, so it didn’t bother us, though it could be disruptive for a family holiday. We’d happily stay here again on a return to Alaçatı.

The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. At a hotel rated this highly, I expected more than a few choices and such poor serving. We’ve stayed at many places of this caliber, but I’ve never seen a breakfast so limited. It looked nothing like the tables in the photos. There were three of us, yet the portions were for two, and when we asked for extra, the response made us feel as if we had no right to ask. You can tell from someone’s body language. The waiter also wore a strapless crop top and shorts like boxers, and had artificial nails. My friends and I are open-minded about what people wear, and I’m not conservative, but serving food with those nails and attire wasn’t appropriate, especially at a hotel. The location and design are beautiful, and aside from two people, the staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Kaan, who was on the night shift, and the gentleman at reception. The room looked nice overall, but some practical details were missed. The bathroom was tiny, with nowhere to put a toothbrush. There was no mirror for the person sleeping on the mezzanine, so three of us had to get ready using one mirror. Storage was just a half-wardrobe with no drawers and a coat rack, leaving us to keep our things in our suitcases. Keep these points in mind before you go.
