The seawater pool was the standout for us, and we also loved spending time around the villa. It’s well placed for visits to Ilica, Alacati, and Cesme. The grounds and rooms were spotless and hygienic, with a lot of care in the details, and the villa has a calm, family-friendly feel. We stayed for two weeks in August 2025 and felt welcome and listened to the whole time. There wasn’t a single moment we were dissatisfied. Levent is dependable, professional, friendly, and clearly committed to his guests. A call or text was enough to get things handled. Everything we’d agreed on by phone beforehand was done perfectly. Levent runs the place with his mother Monica, and from our first conversation with him we were convinced. He waited for us early in the morning and showed us everything himself, which immediately gave us confidence. We’ll definitely return. It’s heartwarming to find hosts and accommodation like this. Thank you, Levent & Monica!

A quiet, peaceful break only a couple of steps from the sea. The room was spotless, and everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank you.

We checked the room before booking since there weren’t many reviews. The hotel turned out cleaner, more stylish, and safer than we’d expected. Our family of four found the rooms comfortable and clean, and the renovated bathroom was spotless. I’d definitely recommend it.

We only stayed one night and didn’t use the pool. It was a little outside the centre, but for us that meant a calm, quiet neighborhood. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless. There were a few issues, though the staff were helpful. Maybe they could have provided an extra blanket. It met our expectations.
