The toilet didn’t work at all, and the restroom was in really bad shape. The room we got on the second floor was tiny, even for two people, and the photos didn’t reflect what we found. Breakfast was very poor, with nothing to eat unless you paid extra. There was a lot of dust around the property, the road was bad, and parking was limited to four spaces. There was no security. I wouldn’t recommend this place at that price.

We were on vacation from California and came across this lovely boutique hotel near Cesme. The people there were warm, welcoming, and so kind. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting.

We spent August 13-19, 2025 here as a family of three, and it was a lovely, quiet holiday. You can stroll along the beach in the morning or evening, then eat at the beachfront restaurants. The hotel is close to the beaches, Çiftlikköy Beach, and Çeşme, and the area felt peaceful. For a boutique hotel, it was quite nice. Our room and bathroom were clean, with air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a TV, and breakfast was good. Thanks to Süleyman, his wife Hazal, Rıdvan in the kitchen, and the rest of the staff for looking after us so well. We hope to return next year and see the new design.
