Furkan was the bright spot in what was otherwise a disappointing stay. He was outstanding, professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, and we appreciate the effort he made to salvage our experience. The service was incredibly poor, the location very inconvenient, and the room disappointing.

We had a wonderful stay at Mea Otel in Alaçatı. Breakfast each morning was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, which we especially appreciated as vegetarians. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel at home. It’s a cozy, peaceful place with lovely attention to detail. Highly recommended!

The pool is beautiful, but most of the seats around it seemed to be reserved for guests in suites. Staff were much kinder and more attentive to suite guests, while we were ignored. Even though we were the first to arrive, breakfast came 1-1.5 hours late, and we also had to pay for some parts of the supposedly included breakfast. Our room was okay, but it was in the basement and had no window. The staff were quite rude, and the service seemed to depend on which room you paid for. Maybe we expected too much, but we were both really disappointed by how we were treated.

The breakfast and location were okay, but that was about it. You have to request room cleaning and ask for toilet paper, or they don’t provide it. You only get two waters, then a small bottle costs 30 lira. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy your stay, especially when it comes to the rooms.

The breakfast was excellent, and they even adjusted it to suit our vegetarian preferences. Staff were very courteous too, so we had a great experience.
