The pool was a nice place to unwind, and the location is excellent, right by the pedestrian streets. But we ran into a few problems during our stay with friends. There’s no hotel parking, and finding a spot nearby was almost impossible. The water went out from time to time, and the hallways really need better cleaning. Our room wasn’t cleaned at all while we were there, which was disappointing. Breakfast cost far too much for what it was, and communicating with staff was difficult because they don’t speak English. It didn’t feel like good value for money.

When I arrived, they told me they don’t work with booking.com, even though I’d booked through it. They made no effort to sort out the situation. The staff don’t speak a single word of English.

The location near Alaçatı Bazaar seems to be the only redeeming feature. Our booked room was FULL, and when that happened, nobody did anything to address the problem. We had to stay in a different room. They charged 800 TL for four Turkish coffees, the pool was very dirty, and we couldn’t swim comfortably because the managers, five or six men, kept swimming and taking up the sun loungers even though there were only four. They act as if guests can just do whatever they like. This place is TERRIBLE. Anyone with self-respect should please avoid it. I gave it five stars so the review would appear at the top, but it doesn’t deserve even one. It’s complete GARBAGE. I’ll never go near it again.

Being in the best part of Alaçatı was a real plus, with all the venues just a 5-10 minute walk away. The hosts were welcoming and helpful, and the pool stayed open until midnight, which was great. Parking can be tricky in peak season. We booked an upstairs room through Airbnb that was advertised for four, but it was very small, with two double beds right beside each other. They charged us for four people even though the room was for two.

The room we had booked was given to someone else. We paid for the stay and didn't get the room we wanted, and when we complained they replied arrogantly, saying, "we'll throw your money back." The owners swim in the pool themselves, and 5 men were charged 800 TL for 4 Turkish coffees. Loose electrical outlets, a broken door in our roommates' room, and 3-4 men constantly sleeping in the lobby added to the problems. These are my real experiences.
