Really friendly service, and a quiet place even though it’s right in the heart of the old town.

My wife and I spent three days in room 203. It was spacious enough, spotless, and smelled fresh when we arrived. Alaçatı Market is very close, and the front door is closed to traffic. The owners were lovely and went out of their way to help. The location is perfect. If you’re driving, it’s easier to follow the sign for Icarus and park in an empty spot just behind the hotel.

We chose Pervin Hanım's mansion for a quick three-night stay at the end of summer, after staying at many other hotels in Alaçatı. Since it was new to us and my daughter and I would be there alone, I was a little nervous at first. Bahar Hanım and her husband, Yılmaz Bey, welcomed us so warmly and helped us with everything. The rooms are spacious and clean, and it felt very safe for a family. They’re even the kind of people you could trust to look after your children while you’re away on holiday. It’s in the center of Hacımemiş, with some of Alaçatı’s best places to sit and relax just a short walk away. We’re already looking forward to seeing you next year.

We had a hassle-free holiday, thanks to Bahar Hanım and her family. The rooms are just the right size, and breakfast is really filling, with delicious homemade jams. We especially liked the chili pepper jam. The location is great too, tucked away from the noise of Alaçatı but still close to everything.
