The location was the one good thing. The room was badly maintained, despite what the photos showed. The bed was old and uneven, uncomfortable to sleep on, and the sheets were old too. There was no mini-fridge, and water that we expected to have in the room wasn’t provided. We only learned at checkout that we had to pay for it. The owners showed little consideration for guests, chatting loudly with friends who had come from outside. When we left, the owner stayed seated in the garden with his friends and didn’t even get up. The main issue was the lack of hospitality, as if we were visitors in someone’s home where no customers existed. Cleanliness was another problem. Breakfast was just passable, and when the tea ran out, we had to get it ourselves. I’d never choose this hotel again.

Coffee and water were already waiting for us when we walked in, which was especially welcome after a tiring trip. We were greeted with smiles and such warm hospitality from the start. It’s a lovely boutique hotel, with a beautiful garden and a wonderful atmosphere. Thanks so much for everything.

For what it costs, this is a great place to stay. My girlfriend and I were there for three nights, and the cleanliness, hygiene, breakfast, and location all lived up to what we expected. Thanks for being so attentive and friendly.

The staff were polite and understanding, and the rooms stayed quiet at night thanks to good sound insulation. The rooms were roomy and spotless, including the sink and toilet. Breakfast was filling and perfectly adequate, with more brought out whenever it was needed.
