The location was the one good part of our stay. The hotel itself is cute, but the experience was awful: the room wasn’t cleaned properly, the sheets and towels were damp, and the sheets had tears in several places. Other guests were very rude, and the receptionist couldn’t do anything about it, though she was really nice.

The place looks pretty, but the way it’s run and the lack of rules are a shame. That isn’t the receptionist’s fault. There’s almost no privacy because the walls between rooms are so thin, and guests don’t respect others. There’s no one to call or complain to. Noise made it impossible to sleep until 2 a.m., and people coming back from parties made it hard to sleep afterward too. It feels like either a party hotel or a place with no rules at all.

The breakfast was the highlight, and the shower was great. It’s in a perfect spot for walking around the old town, and the service was excellent. Our host did their best to help at every turn despite the language barrier. The room was fine for a budget hotel. The mini fridge didn’t work, but our host let us use the main one. I’d recommend it if you’re on a budget.

The whole team were so friendly, always smiling and chatting with us, and they did their best to help. It felt like we’d known them for ages. Nadia was especially amazing and helped us so much. We really hope to see her again. Thanks for such a lovely hotel experience 💞

The rooms were nice and really clean, right in the city centre but still quiet. The staff were friendly and professional. Thanks, Osman Baba and Nadia, for a great stay.
