The large balcony has a beautiful sea view, and the area is peaceful and quiet, about a ten-minute walk from the port. But the apartment’s upkeep and cleanliness were disappointing. The patio cushions were too dirty to use, there was no vacuum cleaner, and the furniture and kitchen equipment were poor quality. Cheap, partly broken IKEA pieces made the price feel especially unreasonable. Lighting was inadequate, with just one ceiling light for the whole apartment and none in the kitchen. The water pressure varied, and the water took a few minutes to heat up. For what it costs, I expected more cleanliness and comfort. It’s a shame the property isn’t better cared for, because that really detracts from the experience.

Everyone was very kind, and the place is well worth recommending. It’s under a 10-minute walk to the center and promenade, with the complex’s private beach just below the buildings. From the terrace, there’s an amazing view across the bay to the island Chios.

The hotel and its view are beautiful, and it also has a private beach area. The problem was that we’d requested and been confirmed for a two-room apartment, but got one private room plus a bed in the living room instead. That meant it wasn’t a five-star stay for us. Check carefully before booking, even though the location and view are lovely.

The apartments are new, sunny, and wonderful, and the views are incredible. I liked the stay so much that I extended it by 10 days. Uğur, the manager, was also extremely helpful and great.

The host was very friendly, and the view was awesome. The town and beach are both within walking distance.
