I paid 16,200 TL per night, which felt expensive for what we got. The location was very good, right in the heart of Çarşı and close to a taxi station. Staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant throughout my stay. I was in a Comfort Prestige Room on the second floor of the hotel's two-story building. The modern design, especially around the entrance, looked appealing, and the room was generally fine. I didn't like the glass bathroom doors, though, since they gave less privacy than I wanted. Breakfast was average, served later than I expected, and I've had much better at lower-tier hotels in the area.

The breakfast was the best I've ever had in Turkiye. The young woman who worked behind the bar and served breakfast was delightful, and made our stay even nicer. The hotel is right in the heart of the old city quarter, with lovely rooms, a beautiful pool, and really nice staff.

The room was wonderful, clean, and suited a short or longer stay. With bars and restaurants all around in central Alacati, it's a great fit if that's what you enjoy. Staff were incredibly helpful, the amenities were great, and the modern spa and gym had the latest equipment. The food was good, and there were cocktails available all the time. I had a great experience.

The staff were passionate about looking after guests and willing to go the extra mile. Gulbahar, Alperen and Aysu made our visit even more pleasant, and I'd like to thank them. The hotel combines culturally rooted hospitality with striking, cutting-edge architecture and design. Every detail, inside and out, feels carefully considered. There's a lovely spa, a generously sized swimming pool, and a bar with plenty of cocktails and drinks throughout the day and evening. Breakfast had endless options and was lovely too. This is definitely a 5* hotel, and I think it deserves recognition around the world.

The hotel is close to a club, so there was too much noise. My room was very small, and the bathroom had glass walls for no reason. There wasn't a massager when I was there, so they brought in a man from outside. He was the worst massager ever.
