Seaside Villas rental in Cesme

The owners are a lovely couple who took good care of us and showed us around. We went as a family to relax, and the quiet, peaceful setting was ideal for that. Our house was spacious, right by the sea and set in a beautiful garden, with a fantastic veranda where we could head into the water whenever we wanted. Ildır village is very close, and Çeşme and Alaçatı are 20-25 minutes away. We definitely want to go back.

I went there for a wonderful holiday with my mom ❤️ Ibrahim welcomed us so warmly and was always ready to help whenever we needed it. You can tell he really enjoys being a landlord and takes good care of the place. Our clean, lovely house was a one minute walk from the beach, just 50 meters away. We could see the private beach from the terrace and watch beautiful sunsets every evening. The beach houses had parasols and loungers. A beautiful place, highly recommended. The only good thing was the sea. Our holiday in the rented house was a bad one because of the problems there. We were a large group, and even though we paid extra for the additional guests, the extra furniture and other items in the house were in very poor condition. Most of the chairs and some bedroom cupboards were unusable. The old kitchen equipment, including the refrigerator and dishwasher, caused problems. Water was leaking from the first floor toilet, and then there was a leak in the kitchen as well. Because of that, we couldn't use the dishwasher for 2 days. Of the 5-6 loungers set aside for us at the beach, half were broken, and only one umbrella was intact. I strongly advise the operator to replace the furniture in the house we stayed in and the beach equipment. I definitely do not recommend this place. Ibrahim bey, because of your reply I am filing an insult case against you. Everything you wrote is untrue and seriously insulting. Who are you calling immoral and dishonest? The people who came with me are my family. Among us there is a doctor, two engineers, an architect, a chemist, a computer programmer and an accountant. When we made the agreement with you, we said there would be 10 adults and 3 children, and agreed on a total price of 1300 EURO. One adult did not come, so 9 adults stayed, meaning we paid for one extra person anyway. We paid 300 EUR as a deposit and 1000 EURO in cash. All of this is in the WhatsApp messages you sent. I also have photos showing the condition of the house and the issues I described. We rented directly from you, not through Airbnb. The amount we paid was 38.000 TL, and your claim that it was 13-14 thousand TL is a lie. I sent a screenshot of your comment to a lawyer friend. Even if you delete it, that won't help. I politely wrote about the problems we had there. Instead of apologizing, you replied with serious insults. A large compensation case is waiting for you. I saw in an email notification that you updated your reply. I don't know Esmeray Yildirim or her brother Ahmet bey, who you say booked through Airbnb. I'm not either of them. I think you've mixed us up, so please delete the insulting comments you've written right away. If you had the problems you described with those people, I suggest you contact them. I'm not in Türkiye, so I can't start legal proceedings against you right now. If you don't correct or delete your comment, I intend to start the necessary legal process as soon as I return to Türkiye. The house was large and very clean, with enough space for 3 families to stay comfortably. It's close to the shopping center and Ildır village. We had a really enjoyable holiday, with perfect sea and air. Thanks again, Mr. Ibrahim.
