We stayed at Staff Alacati for three nights. The television didn't work, even after a technician fixed it, and there was no remote. Breakfast was adequate, though the information we'd seen had led us to expect something special. The bathroom felt about 20 years old and was incredibly cramped. The beds seemed at least 10-15 years old, and the rooms were in an unacceptable state. The photos don't show what it's really like, and everything is falling apart. This is a five-room hotel that was recently bought, and it seems they rushed to renovate it, but only the entrance and garden got that treatment. A good night's sleep matters to us on vacation. We'd give it more stars only after a complete renovation.

Breakfast was extremely poor and not enough, and the room we got for three people barely had space for one. It was cramped, stuffy, and not clean at all. When we complained, they said the hotel was going to be renovated anyway. Then why sell the room? Don't trust the photos or you could end up with a ruined vacation. In short, I strongly advise against staying here.

It was peaceful here, close to the center but tucked away from the crowds. Staff helped us with everything, and our room was spacious and clean. I also really enjoyed spending time on the balcony. The whole stay made my vacation wonderful.
