Mr. Adem, the hotel owner, welcomed us with a smile. There was plenty of tea, coffee, and conversation, and the rooms were clean. It's close to the center too. We felt at home and were pleased with everything. If you want a hotel you'll be completely satisfied with, this is the place.

Mr. Adem, the owner, is so warm and attentive that you feel at home. The rooms are tidy and well maintained, and the market is close by, which is a plus. We'll stay here again next time we're in Alaçatı.

We picked this hotel after reading the reviews and ended up very disappointed. Our reservation was through Etstur, with check-in listed as 2 PM, but we arrived at 3 and were told the room still hadn't been cleaned and the reservation was delayed. I just wanted to change for the beach. When they opened the room, the previous guest's belongings were still inside, yet they insisted we change there. We agreed so we wouldn't lose the day, though it left us worried about security. Nobody helped us at check-in or checkout, and there was no one around when we left or any communication. The headboard was dusty, the fridge dirty, the toilet filthy, the wall paint cracked, and the sink tap leaked. The location is nice, within walking distance of Alaçatı market, but the service didn't justify the price. I later found out there are places with better service for the same amount. I won't choose this hotel again.

Aunt Esen and everyone else welcomed us warmly from the moment we arrived. I felt very comfortable with both the location and the overall comfort, and the family-run nature of the place gave me confidence. After three days, I left very satisfied. I'd recommend it to everyone.
