Thanks for being so attentive. 10/10. The hotel is a convenient 7-8 minute walk from Alaçatı center and Hacımemiş, while the Saturday market is only a minute away. Having a liquor store and a boutique cafe right out front is a nice touch.

We loved the peaceful yet lively feel of 777 Alaçatı Hotel. The staff somehow make it feel both calm and energetic, and it’s like being welcomed into a friend’s home rather than treated as just another guest. Hazar at reception greeted us with a lovely smile, and his warm, sincere manner made us feel special right away. Ms. Müjde, the hotel manager, was elegant and cheerful, with a way of making us feel at home. Our fit, friendly waiter was always smiling and attentive, whether we were ordering or asking for something. The owner deserves credit for bringing this wonderful team together. 777 Alaçatı is more than a place to sleep, it’s an experience that makes you feel valued and soothes your soul. We’ll definitely return! 🌸✨

We had booked months ahead, agreed on a price, and have the messages and receipt to prove it. When we called with an ordinary question, we got confusing answers and a complete lack of knowledge about our reservation. This happened several times. Then, the day before we were due to leave, they said they wouldn’t honor the agreed price and wanted to raise it. We said we couldn’t accept the increase, but they were disrespectful and told us, “It’s not that much money, you can pay it.” The owner, Ms. Müjde, added 10,000 to the total and said they’d issue a refund if we didn’t pay, without trying to resolve anything. We spent the whole day trying to sort out the mess. Mr. Hazar spoke condescendingly, laughing at us, and Ms. Müjde never tried to address the problem, instead insisting on a refund without knowing what her employees had done. I hope they don’t put anyone else through this. We can’t recommend this hotel, and they may ruin your vacation.

It was an awful experience, and it couldn’t have gone much worse. We found the hotel a month before our trip, liked it, and booked after they welcomed us warmly. Over the next few weeks, we called 4-5 times for information, and each time there were problems with the price or reservation. Somehow those got sorted out. Then, the day before we were leaving, they said the price had gone up even though we’d already paid. When we refused, they called us liars and said they didn’t accept those prices. We tried to explain that we were stranded and had been treated unfairly, but management canceled our stay without helping. We were left scrambling to find another hotel on the last day, with no idea what to do. It was awful to deal with a business that ignored customer satisfaction and put us in that position. I hope you don’t do this to another customer, as you did to us, seemingly on purpose.
