I cancelled my booking right away. I could get only a partial refund through Booking, and the hotel didn’t want to return any money. There was no way to communicate in English with the staff, and they didn’t seem willing to resolve the problem. The room looked worn and the windows were dirty. Worst of all, it was extremely loud because it was directly above the restaurant, with music playing nonstop. They said that’s how it is everywhere in Alaçati centre, but it isn’t. I later saw that other reviews mentioned the same music issue, and it felt like the hotel didn’t care what guests thought. Greedy and filthy service. Don’t recommend.

We had a great stay in June 2022. The rooms were cozy and nicely decorated, and Bülent was a very welcoming host. The place is on the main street, surrounded by shops and restaurants, so you can easily eat or have a drink nearby. The wine selection is great, and you can order by the glass or bottle. There’s also a small shop out front selling olive oil and soaps. Nearly 10 months later, mine are still making my bathroom closet smell lovely. I’d come back when I visit Turkey again.

The little wine bar downstairs has a great Shiraz. We loved our stay so much that we came back even after we’d stopped staying at the hotel. It’s right in central Alacati, the rooms are nice and clean, and the owners and staff are so lovely and accommodating. What a great find.

The place has a cozy, cute feel, and the staff and owner were very friendly. Our room was clean, and they changed the towels daily and left a good amount of shampoo and shower gel. Breakfast was really good too. I’d definitely recommend it.
