The room had a strange smell, and the towels were stained. The rooms weren't clean, and the bathroom and toilet were filthy enough that I couldn't shower. Check-out was at 11 am, but someone knocked at 10 and told me I had to leave. It was a bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The staff were helpful, the rooms were clean, and they even brought us a heater. But a strong cigarette smell from previous guests lingered on the bed and pillows and throughout the room. It really bothered us.

We'd booked through hotels.com, but when we arrived they said there were no rooms available and left us stranded. We'd come all the way from Istanbul, and it was a disgrace to be put in that situation. I don't recommend it.

Everyone was very friendly, and the gentleman at reception was especially helpful.
