Ada Pansiyon

We planned to stay eight days, but my daughter loved the garden so much that we extended our stay. The area is quiet. The sea was clear in the mornings, though cold, and got full of algae later in the day. There were jellyfish around, which made us a little nervous, but other people were swimming and we had no problems. It was a great stay. Thanks again to Ms. Esra and the guesthouse owners. The guesthouse is right across from the sea, so you can watch people walking along the beach and jumping in. It has a warm, friendly feel, with the owners all being relatives. The rooms are laid out like little studio apartments in a single row, each with a table by the door where guests can have breakfast. The owners often checked whether we needed anything. It got chilly at night, so I asked for a blanket and they brought one. They also gave us a power strip and a lighter, and I felt right at home. Our next-door neighbors were two women, and we chatted with them quite a bit since we were women too. We took Turyol from the Eminönü pier in Istanbul to the other side. It took about two hours to get off at Kocadere pier. Minibuses leave from there every 10 minutes, and the guesthouse is walkable from the pier. When we arrived, check-in was at 2 pm, but they showed us our room without mentioning the wait, which was only a short one. We left at 12 pm. They also gave us a discount because we were staying longer.

My daughter had a great time playing on the lovely swing, and the quiet surroundings meant nobody bothered the children. The owners, a couple running a family business, were very attentive and polite. When we asked to borrow plates and other things, they happily lent them to us and kept saying, “Please, take them.” The sheets were clean, though hygiene could be improved a bit. The fridge, air conditioning, and TV all worked fine. There were practically no flies around, we didn't see any at the guesthouse.

Our two-day break was really relaxing. The garden and swing were lovely for the children, and the guesthouse family were friendly and quick to help with anything we asked for. The sheets were clean and there were hardly any flies. We came on a recommendation, and it's easy to get here after the ferry, the minibuses pass right out front. Thank you 🙏

My sister and I had a peaceful three-day stay, and we're very happy with everything. The rooms were clean and felt safe, and the location is convenient to reach by ferry. There's also a parking lot. The owners were helpful and attentive, always ready to sort out whatever we needed. We'll definitely return when we get the chance.
