Paloma Pasha - All inclusive

The darts and archery were so much fun, thanks to Zelal Sude Turhan Baran and Erkan, who were welcoming, friendly, and made sure everyone joined in. The hotel was clean, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was lovely. We had such a great time and couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

The food was delicious and changed every day, and the hotel was well maintained. Zelal Sude Turhan Baran were incredibly welcoming, always smiling, and helped everyone get involved in the activities. Their energy made the darts and archery sessions so much fun. We’ve had an amazing time, with great staff and a lovely atmosphere.

For our group of 10 adults, the 5-Star Platinum stay we paid for in Oct 2025 felt like 3-star at best. None of us thought it was worth £1200pp, and we’ve sent a complaint to TUI. There were some real positives. The lobby bar staff, including Selim, Omer, Tuncay and others, were fantastic and a credit to the hotel. Guest Relations were brilliant and quick to respond on WhatsApp. Curio, the Steak restaurant, and Wabi Sabi, the Asian restaurant, both had excellent food and staff. The rooms were poorly maintained. Our beds were rock hard, several things were broken, the shower leaked, and the floors were so dirty my white socks turned black in 10 minutes. The main buffet was chaotic, with food often cold or lukewarm and poor waiter service. There were no self-service drinks, so we often finished eating without getting a single drink. The hotel felt neglected. The games room equipment was ancient or broken, the ping pong tables were broken, and the decking around the ponds was a trip hazard. Drinks were poor and inconsistent. There was no Efes Malt, though it appeared on the menu and in the app. There was no dark or spiced rum, the white wine and prosecco were horrid, and the Espresso Martini I ordered tasted and looked like drain water. The location is isolated, with little nearby. A return taxi to Kuşadası, the nearest town with things to see and do, takes 45 minutes and costs 100 EUR. The shop is tiny and has no cold drinks, while water sports are extortionate, including 70 EUR for 15 mins on a jet ski. Cats are everywhere, in the lobby, around the pool, and in the restaurants, so be warned if you have allergies or a phobia. We wouldn’t have complained at £700, but at £1200pp it wasn’t worth it. We can’t recommend the hotel and wouldn’t return. Please feed the friendly stray dogs in the area, they’d appreciate it!

Eren Alp, the bar manager, really made this holiday special for me. His cocktails were fantastic, and he sometimes let me help make one myself, which always put a smile on my face. He went out of his way to create memories I'll treasure. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I highly recommend Paloma Pasha in Izdere Turkey.
