Baraka House Cirali

The beach is right in front of the property, with designated loungers, and the view is beautiful. Since there are no big hotels, you mostly see trees and mountains across the water. Some parts are quite pebbly, so bring water shoes. We loved our stay at Baraka House. The bungalows sit in a gorgeous garden where we picked fresh pomegranates and mandarins. Breakfast was a great spread, with eggs cooked at our table. I recommend the rosemary fried eggs. The hosts were brilliant and clearly put a lot of passion into making guests feel welcome. They arranged a magical private boat tour for us. We ate at the restaurant a couple of nights, and the food is probably the best in the area. There are also plenty of other nice restaurants nearby. Wholeheartedly recommend Baraka House!

We had a wonderful three-night stay in September 2022 with our family of six. It’s a quiet, family-run hotel in Cirali, less than a minute’s walk from the beach. The cabins are lovely, the staff genuinely friendly and hospitable, the service is good, and the food is great. If you’ve already booked somewhere else, come over for dinner, but arrange it in advance. It was one of the best places we ate in the area.

We spent three nights here with our three-year-old, and wished we’d stayed longer. Along the coast from Antalya to Kas, Cirali felt quiet, authentic, and slow, even in peak season. Baraka is a family business that feels full of care, and the peaceful setting made for a deeply restful holiday. The sea-front location has a stunning garden with bougainvillea, pomegranate and orange trees, backed by the majestic Olympos mountains. Chickens wander freely, which our kid loved. The area feels calm and untouched, and the starry nights are beautiful. The bungalows are simple, very clean, and comfortable. Ihsan is the coolest dude. He’s an amazing chef, so we ended up having dinner there every night. There’s a fixed menu and daily specials, all delicious and very affordable. He also plays great music, 70s Turkish music that seems straight out of a Habibi Funk album at dinner, and classical music at breakfast. His recommendations were great: the boat trip to the surrounding bays and bike trip to Yanartas were perfect, and the massage he booked for us at the guesthouse was memorable. Ihsan, his brother Oczan, and the young woman who also worked at Baraka 🧿🐠✋ this summer are the kindest. Ihsan also volunteers for a local organization working to preserve turtle nesting in Cirali, home to Canetta turtles nests.

I prefer Baraka to the other local cabins I stayed in before finding it, even though those were more expensive. The cabins are well built and super comfy, with privacy and fruit trees, flower garden, and chickens around them. They’re perfectly located in Çirali. It’s a lovely local family who know the area, serve great food, and make requests easy. Breakfast is amazing, mostly or perhaps all local. Communication is good and replies come promptly. I love this place and will keep coming back as long as I can.
