I forgot my toothbrush dispenser in the room last week, but when I returned the following week, they couldn't find it. I've stayed here for a long time, almost every weekday for work. Rooms on the 3rd floor and below are old, while those on the 4th and 5th are new. Breakfast is very mediocre, with only börek (a type of pastry) and the eggs pictured, day after day.

The rooms are spacious and adequately sized, and breakfast has a normal amount and variety. For the price, the quality is good, and it delivers what you'd expect from a hotel in its segment.

It's an expensive hotel, but the rooms are dirty and the toilets are awful. You pay your money and still get treated disgracefully.

The room was clean, with fresh towels and bottled water supplied every day. Laundry service was good, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good too, and it was excellent value for money. I'd gladly come back.

I don't have any complaints about the hotel itself, but those pictures in the room had me switching the lights on and off all night... I swear I'll never come back. Why put the light switches right next to the bed? It's ridiculous.
