Kaktüs Tiny House

We booked this place last August hoping for a nice vacation, and it turned into a disaster. We chose it for the jacuzzi, thinking our baby could enjoy it, but it was broken when we arrived. The pool water looked a little green, so we asked about it because we had a baby with us. They said it was fine and suggested grass on the floor might have stained the water, so we didn't press the issue. The next morning, after we had stayed the night, they messaged to say there was a pool problem and it would be closed all day for cleaning. The other guests had left, so we were the only ones there. We'd come for the jacuzzi and pool, and neither was available. We'd even put our baby in the pool after they said its measurements were okay. What if something had happened? We checked out after those messages and found another place. The owner didn't even apologize. I absolutely do not recommend it.

We left the place we'd booked last night very unhappy. The jacuzzi was broken, even though we came for it. I told them that, and they apologized. The room didn't look clean, like it had been left as the previous guest left it, sheets included. Toilet smells kept us from sleeping, dogs barked all night, and flies made it impossible to sit outside.

The rooms were dirty, with trash from the previous guest still at the foot of the bed. We also had almost cold water for our shower when checking out at 9 am, because the hot water relied on solar energy. We only learned on arrival that the tiny house's jacuzzi wasn't working, even though we chose the place because it was supposed to have one.

We were happy with our stay. It's a tidy, clean tiny house hotel where people who like a minimalist way of life can feel peaceful and comfortable. The staff are a friendly family-run team, and they seemed to have thought of everything. Thank you.
