The staff were helpful on several occasions, and always polite and friendly. I spent two days here and enjoyed my stay. The location and view were lovely, and the rooms were clean. Thanks to everyone who helped us!

The bathroom and pool were the only real positives for me. The air conditioner didn’t cool, and we weren’t given proper blankets. At reception, apart from one girl who was trying to help, people could have been friendlier and more professional. It’s a hotel, so it should have someone who speaks proper English. Nobody seemed to know the laundry details. We had to ask four times about prices and hours, and when the laundry lady finally came, she kept saying it was expensive and we might not be able to afford it. ???

We arrived late and were given a room without air conditioning. After we complained, it took over an hour to move us, and the air conditioner in the new room wasn’t working either. At most, this is a two-star hotel, not four.

A clean, nice place to rest, with a great swimming pool. The restaurant could be better and less expensive, though, and paying by card wasn’t easy.

It was nice in general, though the breakfast was really poor and nobody spoke English.
