I booked four nights in August, but after finding a mouse in the kitchen, I checked out right after the second night. The place was dirty and the service was bad. They refused to refund the unused nights, even after this very shocking problem. I have a video too.

The service was bad and the place was dirty. I found a mouse in the kitchen and checked out immediately, but they refused to refund the remaining night even though this was such a shocking problem.

Poor service and a poor facility.

Each floor has one very spacious apartment, with views of the sea, mountains, and forest. I booked by chance through Booking.com, and thankfully the place exceeded my expectations. My family and I were very comfortable there. We were six people, and there was room for more. It'll always be my first choice in Trabzon. Fahd at the hotel reception was incredibly helpful, and his generosity really touched me. I hope the hotel does well. Thanks for the lovely hospitality.

The lounge looked out over the sea, and the young Yemeni receptionist was wonderful and quick to respond. I rented a beautiful, spacious apartment on the sixth floor from them on 5/25. It was six minutes from the airport and close to most of Trabzon's important sites. The price was very cheap.
