Aydeniz Apart Hotel

The people running it are lovely, and it's very clean. You're right by all the restaurants, whose tables stretch down the beach to the water's edge. What's not to like? Go enjoy Datca, one of my favorite Turkish towns.

It's actually a nice, large apartment with a balcony and a sea view, but it needs a cleanup and renovation. The kitchen was dirty, there was no hot water at all, and in March it was cold outside. I know they use solar heating, but you still need hot water somehow. They gave me a water boiler to shower with. Almost everything was broken, including the toiletries and shower heads, and the corners were dirty. It was hard to get anyone to help. The WiFi didn't work on the first day, but on the second they put the router in our room and it worked well. At 135 YTL per night in March 2018, it definitely wasn't worth the price.

The room, kitchen, and bathroom were spacious and very clean. It's a good place to stay in the center, close to everything, with lovely, friendly staff. Thanks for everything, especially Uncle Necat for his warm conversation and friendly manner. Aydeniz Apart…

For every trip to Datça, Aydeniz Apart is now our first choice. We stayed five nights and were happy with everything. It's in a fantastic spot by the entrance to Kumluk Beach, near the center, shops, and bus stop. Mr. Necat and the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive. They looked after all our needs and even prepared snack packs for our return journey, which made us very happy. The rooms are simple but clean, and each has air conditioning. It may feel basic if you're looking for luxury, but it's ideal for a peaceful, intimate stay. Many thanks to Mr. Necat and the team!
