Datça Merkez Apart

My mother and I went during the holiday season, and we’re so glad we chose Datça Merkez Apart. Oğuz Bey, the apartment manager, and his family were friendly and helpful, and made us feel like part of their family. The apartment is surrounded by markets and only a five-minute walk from all the beaches. It felt like we’d gained a family. Thank you so much, and I hope we stay here every time we visit Datça!

A good-value option with an ideal location, reliable Wi-Fi, and clean sheets and towels. We were satisfied, and the pet-friendly policy earns an extra star from me. Say hi to our neighbor’s dog, Alex ;) The dated renovation and limited kitchenware may disappoint, though.

This was the most mediocre apartment we’ve ever stayed in. They took payment upfront, then the managers ignored our concerns. We had to eat breakfast off dinner plates. When we asked for a pot to cook pasta or rice, they didn’t provide one. The kitchen utensils were dirty and covered in bugs. There wasn’t enough hot water for a proper shower. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Finding a parking spot nearby was difficult, though they were helpful about it. The apartment is right in the center of Datça, and check-in and check-out were easy, with no issues. The main problem was hygiene. I couldn’t call the apartment clean, and I personally got rid of a few insects.
