Datca Villa Carla Hotel

The manager was the one bright spot, she was very kind and polite. The rest of the stay left us wishing we’d chosen another hotel. The rooms are old and dirty, and there wasn’t even a proper waste bin in ours. If you have kids or heavy bags, the many stairs make getting around really hard, and it isn’t stroller-friendly. There were lots of flies too. We ate breakfast thinking it was included. If we’d known otherwise, I wouldn’t have eaten there. The food wasn’t good and didn’t feel worth what we paid, and they should have checked whether we agreed to pay. There’s no card reader, cash only, even though we booked through otelz.z. We had to scramble to find cash, which shouldn’t have been our problem. I wouldn’t come back and can’t recommend the place.

We’ve come back for a second stay and really love it here. It’s a family-run place where you feel at home, with comfortable rooms and a great view of the sea. A handy base for exploring different parts of Datca. Recommended.

The view from the room was amazing, and the staff were so responsive. This was our third time choosing the hotel, and we had a wonderful holiday. We’ll come back again!

We spent five lovely nights at Villa Carla Boutique Hotel in Datça, with that breathtaking sea view making the holiday unforgettable. Ms. Hazal was especially attentive, friendly, sweet-spoken, and helpful. Ms. Selin and Ms. Sibel looked after us so well too, and made us feel at home. Breakfast was generous and delicious, and we looked forward to it every morning. The hotel is close to the center, with Saklıkoy just a two-minute, 150 m walk away. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here.
