We were left without a room for two nights, with no offer to move us elsewhere and no offer to cover the difference after we fortunately found another place at the last minute. The hotel told us on the very day we were due to check in that a staff member had resigned and they could no longer give us our room. Management then said the situation wasn’t the hotel’s responsibility. This was incredibly unprofessional and ruined our vacation. Places like this degrade Datça as a destination and should close. I’m waiting for the property to contact me immediately and make up for the disruption. Bye.

The service was top notch. Hotel manager Mahir bey gave my friends and me a thorough rundown of places to visit and things to eat in and around Eski Datça, then showed us around the building and explained its history. This was one of my best stays, with history, a stunning view, a swimming pool, an inner garden, and a really tasty Turkish breakfast. There’s also a cafe building just a few steps below the hotel, which belongs to them and is where breakfast is served. My friends and I spent lots of time there beyond breakfast too. This could become my yearly vacation spot. Can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing stay, with great hosts. It’s the best hotel in old Datca, and they serve a very delicious Turkish breakfast. We highly recommend it to everyone.
