The approach road is narrow and not very attractive, but once you're there, the sea view from the building at the foot of the mountain is lovely. The 2+1 rooms are in a better spot. The pool is a good size, though it may be challenging for someone 1.70 meters tall who can't swim. Around it are loungers, hammocks, and swings, but no umbrellas. Staff kept checking whether we needed anything or felt uncomfortable, and they let us use the pool whenever we wanted. I'd recommend it.

The cleanliness and service deserve a full 10 out of 10. In all my 50 years of staying at hotels, I've never come across such a nice mix of fresh air, warm service, and friendliness. Mr. Yener, the owner, makes you feel as though you've known him for 40 years. My family and I are grateful to him. I now have a place to return to on holidays, and a friend I can call for life.

This felt more like a guesthouse than an apartment building. The place seemed neglected and almost abandoned, with old, broken items and no real maintenance. The bathroom was in terrible shape, the shower heads couldn't be used, and hygiene was poor. The refrigerator was filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned. We couldn't use the washing machine either, and only used the fridge to cool things. For the price, it wasn't worth it. It needs restoration or new management. At check-in, nobody asked us for ID, which left me concerned about security. I would avoid staying here.

The setting is calm and green, with birdsong and a lovely view over the Old Datca skyline. Our room was roomy and clean. I didn't try the kitchenware, but it was all there for guests who wanted to cook. Having a washing machine is especially handy for families with children or longer visits. The staff were kind and helpful, and if you eat at the restaurant, I recommend the appetizers, especially the appetizers.
